The resort really impressed us. Check in was fast and had a welcome drink. The room was large, had great internet connection, was clean and had a good shower. The lighting in the bathroom was too dark for shaving though and needs to be brighter. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had a station set up to make egg dishes. They had many pastries and fresh fruit. We visited 2 pools that were clean and enjoyable. The beach by the resort is one of the best in Thailand. A 7-11 is near the resort also. On a morning walk at 9am, I saw only 3 people. They had a good fire show at 8pm on Friday night. The Beach restaurant at the resort was great. We ate dinner there 3 times and the dishes were good. I ate a squid dish with salted eat. The check out was fast and easy. I called the front desk, and they arrived with a cart to move the bags to the front. I recommend this resort and would return.

Staff in reception are not very friendly. Friendly bar staff but takes ages to get served

Staff was very professional and warm, greeted us at arrival, told us everything we needed to know and was happy to answer all questions. Rooms were spacious, with pool access out of the room being the highlight, great big bathroom with showers/massive tub. I don't want to knock the place down any stars as my only complaint was extremely smalls ants on the desktop that I noticed after check in, the room is on a tropical island with tons of insects everywhere so I don't think much can be done based on environment outside of gassing it daily. Breakfast was not buffet but choose from set items cooked fresh, gf said it had some of the best rice porridge she has had. Beach is clean and expansive. Four resorts cover the area but not overcrowded at all.

Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach. We went about 12 minutes on motor bike to a nice cozy restaurant called mangrove where the food was delicious and you can rent kayaks. Or enjoy a little live music at slowbar with Top the bartender. Our overall stay in Koh Kood was amazing. Will definitely visit again soon. ☺️
